Kimi to Boku 2 Ep. 13 Review (aka Yuuta/Shun Feels)

Shun, darling, it'll be okay...

This is the last episode. I really can't believe this is the last episode. This series just...it shouldn't end, okay? It should just continue on through the rest of their lives.

This episode gave me a lot of Yuuta/Shun feels and pretty Shun to look at, so, yeah, I'm happy!

We start off with Shun contemplating how there's a mock exam coming up that will ask them where they want to go to college. He still doesn't know what he wants to do, and he's really insecure about that, especially when he sees his friends (Yuuta and Kaname) looking at a college guide.

He then reflects back on their childhood days, when he was practicing kissing (with a teddy bear) and the others saw him. They then get into a super-serious discussion about how kissing is supposed to work.

They're all so adorable and tiny, don't you think?

And I love how they worry about not being able to breathe while kissing.

Then Shun comes back to the present and Yuuta catches him kissing a strawberry marshmallow. Doing my best not to just start fangirling here, because I do want to get to the rest of the episode...

So, in other news, Chizuru and Yuuki have decided to go to the tea club with Shun because they want sweets.

Again, I will never get tired of watching Chizuru's facial expressions.

They go to visit, and meet Yuuta and Shun's tea sensei, who is bald.

And the three kids visitors find this utterly hilarious (even Kaname).

Chizuru quickly discovers that he is not cut out for this tea thing because the tea is so bitter and his legs fall asleep from sitting still too long.

After they leave, Yuuta asks Shun if he'd like some tea, and then makes it for him.

This scene is so beautiful I don't even...

Basically, they talk about their futures and Yuuta reassures Shun in his own way that it's okay if he hasn't made a decision yet and they're both alkfdjsalkj beautiful and precious.

So, yeah, Yuuta/Shun for everyone!

Then we get a beautiful ending with the five of them going to Kaname's place to study and Shun saying that it's alright if they just keep maturing a little at a time.

I have no words. I'm going to miss watching this series so much, and I hope it has a chance of getting renewed for a third season.

Before I dissolve into more finale feels (because Tsuritama wasn't enough, obviously), I'll just leave you with one of the funniest lines from this episode.

Because Chizuru is the only person who could get worse than an F.

Never change, KtB.
